We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this bouncy castle hire! Despite booking at the last minute, the communication was prompt, clear, and highly responsive, making the process seamless. The team arrived right on time and was incredibly friendly and professional. They took great care in setting up the castle, spending an extra 10 minutes ensuring it was spotlessly clean and in pristine condition. It was evident they take immense pride in delivering a high-quality service. The bouncy castle itself was in excellent shape, adding to the fun and safety of the experience. Pickup was smooth and on schedule, rounding off a flawless service from start to finish. My son and his friends had an unforgettable time, and I highly recommend this company for their outstanding service!

We’ve had a bouncy castle from Splash and Bounce for two years in a row for my daughter’s birthdays. Each time we’ve had exceptional customer service, amazing value for money (12+ hours of bouncy castle madness in the garden 🤩) and very efficient drop off, set up and collection. Can’t fault a thing! We even got one of the new bouncy castles this year and it was absolutely immaculate and looked amazing in photos! The colours were so bright I didn’t even need to decorate the garden 😅 I’ve reccomedned to all our friends who have hired from the same for their parties and will continue to recommend 🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I seriously recommend these guys! I hired a bouncy castle for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. All the kids absolutely loved it perfect size for the garden. They were outstanding from start to finish, plenty of updates on when they were arriving and when they were collecting the castle. Very professional and friendly. Best bouncy castle and hot tub hire in the North East!

We hired a bouncy castle for my daughters 6th birthday over the weekend, the guys delivered it nice and early and picked it up a lot later in the day which gave us 10+ hours with the bouncy castle. Customer service is exceptional, I was always kept in the loop with drop off time etc. will definitely be back again and would highly recommend these guys to everyone!

Had a fantastic experience hiring out a bouncy castle last weekend for my son’s birthday! Friendly, reliable team and take great care in what they do, the equipment is so clean, we hired the bouncy castle plus the soft play/ball pit and it was so fun for the kids! Highly recommend!!
